Can the Cleveland Cavaliers win it all in LeBron’s First Year Back

How long will it be for King James bring the Cleveland Cavaliers their first title. I am not going to say he will get done in his first year. The lineup is there and I do not forsee anyone except maybe the Chicago Bulls standing in the way of Cleveland representing the Eastern Conference in the NBA Finals.

Now them winning the title, I am not sure if they can get it done. San Antonio Spurs are capable of a repeat. The talent level is there for Cleveland but they will have to really improve their defense. Scoring will never be a problem when you consider Kyrie Irving, Kevin Love, and Dion Waiters can all score. Well, James it is given he is going to get his points and will be their defensive stopper when needed.

There Are More Teams Interested in Acquiring Kevin Love

Kevin Love is the best stretch 4 in the game right now. Many teams are trying to get Love out of Minnesota. Golden State Warriors are willing to give up one-half of the Splash Brothers, Klay Thompson. Andrew Bogut would be the Warriors’ rim-protector and Love will help Bogut on the boards. Love is not the best defensive big man, therefore, it Bogut will be great complement to hedge against Love’s lack of interior defense.

No Love in Minnesota Could Be Great For the Chicago Bulls or Golden State Warriors

Minnesota TimberWolves Kevin Love

Why Do You Want Kevin Love on your team. He possibly the best stretch four in the game. He will score and will hit the boards. He opens up the offense for any team with a guard that can get into the lane. Love is a walking double-double. He low-post defense will not make fans standup and applaud; however, his other great attributes make up for his average interior-defense. With Love, there are teams that could find themselves in the NBA Finals or at least the team would be closer to the NBA Final with Love on their roster.

A Few NBA Playoffs Predictions to Stir the Sports Fans Up

What team will the Miami Heat have to play for the Eastern Conference Finals? I know I am tad bit early or late on the predictions, but who in their right mind feels that any team left in the NBA Playoffs can dethrone King James and the Miami Heat. I stay in the Eastern Conference for now.

Indiana Pacers are big and long but they do not have offensive ammunition to really threaten the Heat. Chicago Bulls are in the same boat. They play great defense; however, the offense is not enough. Well, it leads me to the New York Knicks. Knicks definitely have the offense, but the defense is too inconsistent to say, they will be able beat the Heat in a 7-game series.

Are the Chicago Bulls Ready to be the Best in the Eastern Conference

Chicago Bulls continue to play great basketball and on Tuesday night, they took care of business. In very close game, the Bulls defeated the New Orleans Hornets 99-95. The Bulls may not have a Big Three like Miami Heat, but they are playing well with last year NBA MVP in Derrick Rose leading the way as usual. Chicago Bulls are the second best team in the Eastern Conference depending on the person or expert you ask. They have shown that they are capable of winning games without the MVP in Rose. Luol Deng has played well and earned his first NBA All-star appearance.

Can the Old Celtics make another Ageless Playoff Run in 2011

Boston resigned two important elements of their great playoff run by bringing back Paul Pierce and sharp shooting Ray Allen. They also added veteran Big Man Jermaine O’Neal in case Perkins’ recovery is longer than expected. O’Neal may be little passed his prime and has suffered few injuries to his knees; therefore, it will be interesting to see what he will bring to the Celtics in 2011.

Eastern Conference NBA Playoffs, Let the Fireworks Begin

Cleveland Cavaliers will face the Chicago Bulls. You know Derrick Rose must have a big game for the Bulls to have a realistic chance of winning. Rose cannot do it alone therefore, someone must step up. Bulls are great defensive team, but when you playing team led by LeBron James, you will need more than one scorer on your roster.
James and the Cavaliers must not play down to their competition and be aggressive. They should not have problem advancing to the next round.
